Issues statement for music venue merger
The UK Competition Commission has today published the Statement of Issues relating to the proposed acquisition by Hamsard Ltd (a company jointly controlled by Live Nation (Music) UK Ltd and Gaiety Investments Ltd) of Academy Music Holdings Ltd.
