Postal reform in Malawi

Frontier (London), along with its partner the British Postal Consulting Service (BPCS), completed in September 2003 the first stage of a project to support the Malawi Post Corporation in its efforts to implement reform and return to profitability. The first stage concluded with agreement over a new Business Plan and strategy for its implementation, covering everything from new products and corporate structure to changes in human resources. The next phase will see the first steps implemented by the Corporation, with the support of Frontier and BPCS.
