Postal sector reform in emerging markets

Frontier (London) completed a project for the World Bank in August 2003 that examined the reform of postal sectors in developing countries. Frontier undertook two detailed case studies of postal sector reform in Tanzania and Uruguay and further analysis of postal performance in a range of countries as part of the development of the World Bank's strategy for postal sector reform.
