IP Policy

Government policy towards intellectual property can have a substantial impact on the efficiency with which resources are allocated. Frontier has been asked to assist groups putting submissions about IP policy to Government and by Government itself.

In 2007 Frontier (in conjunction with the Intellectual Property Research Institute of Australia) undertook a review for IP Australia of the Federal Government’s Ambush Marketing Legislation. This review has yet to be published by the Government.
