Bringing economics to retail decision-making

Frontier (London) has been asked to help a UK High Street Retailer with its category review process.  The client typically undertakes regular reviews of each major product category in order to understand recent performance and prioritise future actions.  However, the approach used often lacks consistency and fails to link decisions with outcomes adequately.  Frontier's role is to introduce more structure to the process, based on a mixture of economic rigour and customer insight.
