Frontier discusses optimal access pricing at CRI Conference in London

Frontier (London) discussed "Constraints on "optimal" access pricing" at the Access Pricing conference, an event hosted by the renowned Centre for the Study of Regulated Industries (CRI) in London. George Houpis, Director in Frontier's Postal & Telecommunications Practices explored the practical trade-offs that regulators face in achieving the "optimal" access charges. He investigated the particular requirements for access pricing in situations with Universal Service Oblibations (USO) and in situations with two-way access, for example in mobile telecommunication.
