Cloda Jenkins

Cloda joined Frontier (London) in October 2003 and has advised clients in the UK and Europe on regulation and competition issues. She has over eight years experience in economic consulting. Her clients at Frontier include regulators and companies in water, energy, aviation and postal sectors. Prior to joining Frontier, Cloda completed a PhD in Economics at University College London (UCL). Her thesis on Efficiency Properties of Price Cap Regulation examines the performance of RPI-X regulation in the UK water, electricity distribution and electricity transmission sectors. The work included a review of quality-adjusted productivity improvements - using unit cost, total factor productivity and DEA analysis - in the sectors since privatisation.
