The results of a report for Claus Inc., on the effects of Digital Disruption in Lapland, were published today. Frontier was commissioned to examine the barriers faced by Father Christmas in the digital age, and explore what automation and AI could do for Claus Inc.

With Santa competing with tech giants such as Amazon in the Christmas delivery market, the question had to be asked – can he keep up?
Frontier reviewed four main elements of the PPL: order management (children’s letters), supply (gift-making), fulfilment (upgrading the sleigh fleet) and festiveness (spreading Christmas cheer).
