Anna is a consultant at Frontier Economics, with substantial experience in advising clients on regulatory issues. She has managed projects for clients in the energy and water industries across Europe, with a particular focus on GB, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Anna is an expert in a range of regulatory issues, including designing incentive mechanisms, outcome regulation, and cost assessment. In addition to providing her clients with expert technical advice, Anna has been relied on by numerous clients to assist in drafting formal submissions to regulators, and in preparing clients for set-piece meetings with regulators. She also has experience in advising regulators, and most recently managed a project for Ofwat on outcome regulation at the next price control review (PR19). Anna is currently advising her clients on how to apply Behavioural Economic insights to customer engagement as part of PR19.
Anna graduated from the University of Cambridge with a BA Hons (First Class) and MPhil (Distinction) in Economics.
