Anna is a consultant at Frontier Economics, with substantial experience in advising clients on regulatory issues. She has managed projects for clients in the water and energy industries across Europe, with a particular focus on GB, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Anna is an expert in a range of regulatory issues, including the design of outcomes targets and incentives, cost assessment, and economic appraisal. She has specific expertise on outcome incentives in the water sector, having managed a project for Ofwat on how to design the outcomes framework for the next price control review (PR19), which was published as part of Ofwat’s methodology consultation for PR19. She also has substantial experience in providing support to regulated companies during price control reviews, having advised Northern Powergrid through the RIIO-ED1 process and its successful appeal to the CMA. Most recently, Anna has designed innovative customer research for water companies, including applying Behavioural Economics insights to design the first immersive research in the water sector.
Anna graduated from the University of Cambridge with a BA Hons (First Class) and MPhil (Distinction) in Economics.
