David is a Director in the competition practice, and has worked with Frontier since 2005.
He has wide range of experience in merger, market investigation and litigation work in front of the EU and UK authorities. His recent cases include the unconditional clearance of Booker/Makro by the UK Competition Commission and the European Commission’s Phase 2 inquiry into the mobile payments joint venture between Vodafone, Telefónica and EverythingEverywhere. Other recent clients include Tesco, Live Nation and FirstGroup.
David is also active in Frontier’s healthcare practice, having advised the Department of Health on the introduction of competition policy in UK’s National Health Service, and more recently advising on the first NHS merger case to be considered by the OFT and Competition Commission.
