José María Rodríguez, an Associate Director in the Telecommunications Practice, has over 20 years’ experience in consulting in the industry. José María works with clients in the diagnosis and analysis of the economic challenges in the industry, quantification of its impact and in the preparation of the relevant messages to stakeholders.
José María’s work is related to competition and regulation in the industry and includes market definition and analysis, anticompetitive pricing, bundling, price regulation, universal service, development of broadband networks, access to NGNs, and net neutrality. José María leads Frontier’s telecommunication work in Spain and Latin America. He often lectures at industry forums and teaches Economics of Telecommunications at Carlos III University.
