Entry requirements

Frontier provides you with the training and support you need to progress quickly. I haven't stopped

Analysts

As a new Analyst, you will join Frontier with a degree in economics, an ambition to apply what you have learned and a desire to develop new skills.

You will be given the opportunity to tackle a wide range of important issues: on one day, you could advise a retailer on how to develop its pricing strategy and, on another, build a financial model for a regulator. You will be encouraged to work across Frontier’s practice areas and from the beginning you will find yourself working closely with Consultants, Managers and Directors.

We will provide you with the support and training you need to provide the right answers to our clients’ questions and to advance your career at a pace that is right for you.

We will encourage you to challenge and influence our decision making, from helping to develop our recruitment strategy to choosing where we go for our spring, summer and winter parties. You will see a direct relationship between your contribution to our success and your rewards.
