Catherine has over a decade of experience advising clients on strategy, regulatory and policy issues across sectors, with a focus on energy and transport, in France and at EU level.
Her experience covers issues such as price controls and access regulation, investment appraisal, market design, litigation and policy evaluation. She advises clients drawing from a range of analytical techniques including incentive design, cost of capital estimation, economic modelling and cost-benefit analysis. Catherine joined Frontier after graduating from HEC Paris Grande Ecole and completing a Masters in Economics and Public Policy at Ecole Polytechnique, ENSAE and Sciences-Po Paris.
Based in Paris, Catherine advises clients across Europe.
