Lyuba joined Frontier in 2013 and has since worked mainly on regulatory, competition and policy related issues in the energy and water sector.
She has consulted public and private sector clients on a variety of topics, including auction and electricity market design, market and competition enquiries in the gas sector, and incentive regulation in the water and the electricity sector. Before joining Frontier, Lyuba worked as a consultant at INVERTO AG. She holds a PhD from the University of Cologne. For her PhD research she used experiments to study bidding behaviour in auctions. Lyuba speaks English, German, and Bulgarian fluently.
