Lino is a Manager based in Frontier’s office in Cologne and supports European public and private sector entities in the energy sector.
His latest projects focused on energy market design, electricity wholesale modelling, ancillary service markets and the future regulatory frameworks for hydrogen and electricity distribution networks. He also supports clients in litigation cases, most recently in a gas transport dispute and in a cartel damage claim.
His clients include leading private and public sector players, based in Germany and other European jurisdictions. Lino seeks to provide impactful and objective analyses for his clients based on a wide set of analytical techniques.
Lino holds a Master in Economic Policy from University College London (UCL) and a Bachelor in Economics from Maastricht University and Universidad del Desarrollo in Santiago, Chile. He is fluent in German and English.
