Frontier Director to present CCP training session on market definition and market power

David Parker, a Director in Frontier (Europe)’s Competition Practice, will present a training session in the Centre for Competition Policy’s (CCP’s) Economics of Competition Policy for Economists on 9th October. The course is targeted at economists based at economic and competition regulators. The CCP is based at the University of East Anglia.

David will be speaking about the issues of market definition and market power in competition cases. His session will include training on defining and measuring market power, issues around market definition and understanding the legal test of dominance in EU law.
