Dan Elliott contributes to Brexit round table discussion

Dan Elliott, Director of Frontier’s Transport and Water practices, today joined a distinguished panel at Cass Business School for a round table discussion of the potential impact of Brexit on UK regulatory policy. The discussion, under Chatham House rules, covered issues relating to telecommunications, water, energy and transport, while also touching on financial services and data protection. Other panellists included Professor Jon Stern (Chair), Professor Catherine Waddams, Professor Martin Cave, Dermot Nolan and Tom Sharpe QC.

Dan spoke primarily about the challenges presented by Brexit for economic and environmental regulation in aviation.

Frontier advises airports and airlines internationally on a range of economic and policy issues. In recent months Brexit has, inevitably, represented a significant issue.
