Frontier are sponsors of this year's IIC Annual Latin America & Caribbean Forum 2024. The Forum is being held in Panama on 16 and 17 May. Frontier's José María Rodríguez will chair a session on promoting competition in digital markets.
The session will consider the market failures and specific harms that need to be addressed, how new regulatory proposals will remedy the situation, the unintended consequences, and who will enforce the new regulations.
