Andy works in Frontier’s Telecoms team, where he supports operators and authorities on a range of competition, regulatory and policy issues.
During his time at Frontier, he has advised clients based in more than 20 countries spanning Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East and Asia. His recent experience has included damages quantification, margin squeeze, access pricing, business modelling, regulatory remedy and policy design, and issues relating to universal service. He has extensive experience of using economic modelling to support clients across a range of industries.
Andy holds an MSc in Economics from University College London and a BSc in Economics from the University of Leicester.
