David is a Consultant in Frontier’s Competition and Public Policy practices.
David enjoys both conducting analysis and working with clients. In Competition his work includes merger and abuse of dominance cases before the European Commission and National Competition Authorities for clients in the retail, online takeaway, energy, telecoms and travel sectors.
In Public Policy, David’s recent projects have focused on economic impact assessment in relation to trade, competition, intellectual property and labour market issues. He is comfortable with quantitative and qualitative methods such as cost-benefit analysis, econometrics and case study interviewing and has a good working knowledge of UK business survey and administrative datasets. David also has experience in Frontier’s other practice areas including Strategy, Transport and Energy.
Prior to joining Frontier David completed internships at Frontier and the Institute for Fiscal Studies. He graduated from the University of Oxford with a BA (First Class) in Economics and Management and an MPhil (Distinction) in Economics.
