Jacek has been involved in some of the most high profile competition cases in recent years.
Jacek has gained in-depth experience in competition economics through a combination of litigation and merger work (both horizontal and vertical). He has worked on large phase 2 EC mergers (e.g. Siemens / Alstom, LSEG / Refinitiv) as well as on a number of smaller EC and national transactions. He has advised and produced written deliverables for clients in a variety of industries including fintech, TV, VOD, and door manufacturing.
Jacek is fluent in Polish and also speaks Python. He graduated in MSc Economic Policy from University College London with distinction. He was also awarded in the Young Economist competition organised by the Association of Polish Economists.
