Francesca works across Frontier’s Competition and Public Policy practices.
She advises regulatory bodies, not-for-profit organisations and private sector clients on a range of competition, ex-ante regulation and policy issues. Her experience builds on a deep understanding of microeconomics, combined with her ability to apply theoretical frameworks and empirical techniques to assess real market dynamics.
She has worked on antitrust litigation and market investigation cases before both the EU and UK competition authorities, most recently focusing on antitrust issues in the digital space. She also has experience in conducting economic impact assessments in relation to technology and data issues.
Francesca holds a BSc and an MSc in Economics from Bocconi University, where she specialised in Industrial Organisation and Competition Policy.
