James is a Consultant in Frontier’s public policy practise. He provides economic advice on issues such as policy design, cost-benefit analysis and evaluation.
James has worked with major UK government departments, public bodies, charities and private companies, helping them understand the market in which they operate and the implications of policy decisions.
Prior to joining Frontier, James worked for several years in the UK Government Economic Service, providing advice to Ministers and officials on areas such as the environment, taxation, health, media, infrastructure and growth policy.
James holds an MSc from the University of York and a BSc from Royal Holloway, University of London.
