Fraser is a Manager in Frontier’s competition practice with extensive experience of large-scale mergers and antitrust litigation.
Fraser’s merger work includes a number of cases before the European Commission and the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority. His clients span a range of industries, including the telecoms, financial services, and transport sectors.
His antitrust litigation work includes advising clients in relation to follow-on damages claims across a range of jurisdictions. Fraser has particular experience of cases before the Competition Appeal Tribunal in the UK, including individual and collective proceedings.
Fraser has also worked on abuse of dominance assessments, sector inquiries, and cartel investigations undertaken by the European Commission and national competition authorities.
Fraser studied at the London School of Economics and the University of Edinburgh before joining Frontier.
