Wynne has over 30 years of economics consultancy experience working predominantly in the energy sector.
He focuses on competition, commercial and regulation issues. He has wide international experience having worked in more than 30 countries worldwide.
Wynne has been involved in development of European energy policy right from the first studies on reform in the UK in the early 1980s and has recently led several studies for the EC on the development of the internal energy market.Wynne frequently advises clients with dispute and arbitration case support across Europe.
He is an experienced expert witness and has appeared before arbitration tribunals (including the International Court of Justice, UNCITRAL, ICC, ICSID and Vienna Chamber of Commerce), courts and regulatory bodies. Several of these cases have related to State Aid.
