Prior to joining, he spent most of his career in think-tanks, both in the UK, at the Institute for Public Policy Research and abroad, at the Breakthrough Institute in California. He has written numerous reports across a range of public policy topics including energy policy, technological innovation and financial sector reform. His work has been cited in mainstream media such as the Times and specialist publications like Green Tech Media.
He has an MSc in Economics from University College London and a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University. Having grown up in France, he is also fluent in French.
