Spyros is a competition economist with 10 years of experience.
He has advised a large number of clients facing competition investigations and dealing with antitrust disputes across a range of industries and jurisdictions. He also has been involved in a number of horizontal mergers and has particular expertise in the quantification of damages in relation to Articles 101 and 102 TFEU.
In recent years he has managed a number of teams advising clients, such as Renault, The Co-operative Group, the European Commission and National Grid.
Before joining Frontier, Spyros was a Senior Consultant at a large European consulting firm. He has also completed a secondment at Ofcom, the UK communications regulator, where he worked on competition issues. Spyros has also completed internships at the Chief Economist’s team of the Office of Fair Trading and at the Research Department of the Bank of Greece.
