A paper by Frontier’s George Houpis, Jose Maria Rodriguez and Christian Strobel titled “Can parcel growth sustain the USO?” will be discussed at the Florence School of Regulation 30th Conference on Postal and Delivery Economics on 27 May. The paper will be discussed as part of a session on USO funding.

George Houpis will also chair a discussion session on papers relating to parcels regulation on 26 May.
