Gabriela Caldwell-Jones

Gabriela is a Consultant at Frontier’s London office. 

She has advised public, private and charity sector clients on public policy issues and has particular expertise in the health and social care sector and climate change areas.

She has significant experience in conducting complex evaluations, valuation studies and cost benefit analysis across a range of sectors in Frontier’s public policy practice. Her work often involves a blend of quantitative methods and qualitative insights. Gabriela led work focusing on the societal and economic benefits of disease presentation, specifically cancer, which featured as a front-page story in the Guardian. She also worked on Frontier’s pioneering work understanding the link between engagement in culture and heritage and health and wellbeing.

Gabriela leads the Public Policy Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Network which develops initiatives to ensure that the Public Policy Practice is promoting inclusive working.  

Gabriela joined Frontier in 2018 after previously completing a Master’s degree in Health Economics and Decision Science at University College London and an undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford University.
