Loukia is an Associate Director in Frontier’s energy practice.
Loukia has worked extensively on regulatory topics across a number of price controls for clients across Europe, covering corporate finance, incentive design, and cost benchmarking analysis (among others). Loukia has also led large teams supporting the submission of expert witness testimony on large investor state disputes and commercial disputes, with respect to, inter alia, issues arising from the energy regulatory framework. She has advised on both merits and damages quantification.
More widely, Loukia has a lot of experience in energy transition topics. For example, developing a study into future gas network regulation, developing commercial and regulatory frameworks for hydrogen; advising on the development of a scheme to deliver investment in EV chargepoints, including a cost-benefit analysis; and cost-benefit analysis for new low-carbon technologies.
She completed her MSc in Economics at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.
