Since joining Frontier’s London office in 2021, Dominic has worked across several practice areas and now focusses on competition and telecommunications cases.

Dominic applies economic theory and statistical methods to find the best answers to clients questions. His project experience includes a phase 2 CMA merger investigation; international arbitration and dispute support; abuse of dominance claims; market reviews, payments market design; policy appraisal; domestic energy consumption and the economics of conflict.

He achieved a distinction in his Economics MSc at the University of Leeds following a first class undergraduate economics degree from the same school. During his time in Leeds he worked as a data analyst in elite level rugby, which included working on the 2019 Rugby World Cup, as well as writing for - and editing - the student newspaper The Gryphon.
