Stephan is a consultant in Frontier’s Cologne office with more than 5 years of experience.
He advised private and public sector clients on a range of regulatory, competition and policy related issues in the energy and telecoms sectors.
Stephan is an expert on economic regulation working on a variety of topics, including network regulation, incentive regulation, efficiency and productivity analysis and the determination of capital costs.
Before joining Frontier, Stephan worked as an Economist at WIK. Stephan holds a PhD in Economics and Social Science from Vienna University of Economics and Business and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Bonn.
