Chris is an expert in transport economics. He has over 10 years of experience advising clients on competition, regulation and policy issues.
He has advised Heathrow for over 10 years on economic regulation, as well as commercial and policy issues, including expansion and decarbonisation. He was an expert witness for Heathrow at the H7 CMA appeal. His other airport clients include Changi Airport Singapore, and Dublin Airport, as well as ACI Europe. He has also advised airlines, including Ryanair, easyJet, Emirates, and A4E, as well as the DfT and regulators. Chris also advises Uber on various policy issues.
Chris has a MSc in Economics (Distinction) and a BSc (Hons) in Economics (1st Class) both from the University of Nottingham, UK.
