We work differently to other firms
All of our employees own a share of the company so we all have a say in how it is run. Come and join a unique place to work, where your career is in your hands.
What sets us apart?
We solve some of the most interesting problems in economics. To do that successfully means looking beyond the obvious, delivering thorough and refreshingly clear advice with intelligence and sensitivity.
The Frontier way
- We work collaboratively on varied, challenging and interesting projects
- We’ve stripped away needless bureaucracy and hierarchy
- We continually challenge convention and we are open to new ideas
- We use economics to meet a huge range of society’s most pressing needs.
Frontier's 20th Anniversary
We’ve successfully established ourselves in the major economic, political and business centres of Europe, with offices in Berlin, Brussels, Cologne, Dublin, London, Madrid and Paris.
We are a tight-knit community. We work collaboratively, support each other, and regularly get together to share ideas, for training sessions and social events, or for just a general catch up.
We encourage people to take placements in other offices, increasing their range of experience and knowledge.
We are committed to offering a safe and open environment for people to bring their full selves to work. Click to find out more about who we are.
From day one, you’ll be a key member of the team – sharing your ideas and learning fast.
You’ll be contributing ideas, presenting your work and meeting clients and colleagues from all over Europe.
Our work is intellectually challenging and ranges across many issues, disciplines and borders. That’s why we all work together to deliver effective results for our clients.
Our people are our business. We know that every individual’s happiness, stimulation and fulfilment is vital to our success as a company.
We offer a rotation scheme for analysts to work across each of our practice areas when starting out. Learning from others outside of our immediate areas of expertise is important for us all. It helps us to think through problems in different ways, and to be versatile.
There is mentoring and support from more senior economists for the whole of your career at Frontier - everything you need to drive your career in the direction you want it to go.
It’s the unique way we are owned and run by the people who work here that makes us different.
Everyone is encouraged to contribute their ideas. All employees have the opportunity to say how things should be run and how we can put those ideas into practice. If you think you’d be good at planning an event, do it. Maybe you think you’d be a good trainer – go for it.
Working at Frontier is as much about being open as it is about being smart. Curiosity and open-mindedness is as valuable as in-depth knowledge.
