Adam advises clients on a range of strategic and regulatory issues, with a particular focus on retail and consumer facing sectors.
Adam has recent experience working on local market merger cases before the CMA. For example, the unconditional clearance of Tesco’s merger with and Booker and FirstGroup’s complete and unconditional release of undertakings relating to a previous merger case. He has also designed and delivered training in behavioural economics for senior management at UK high street banks.
Adam holds an MPhil in Economics and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, both from the University of Oxford.
