She offers broad advisory services, specializing in commercial and regulatory issues such as universal service funding, price controls, access pricing, competition matters in the postal industry, and postal reform initiatives. In the transport sector, Isabelle advises on regulated charges at airports and conducts economic impact assessments for the express industry.
