Zoe Lederman

Zoe joined Frontier in 2022 and has advised financial services clients on the cash savings market study, consumer duty and the digital pound.

Prior to joining Frontier in 2022, Zoe worked as an economist at the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK. During this time, she gained significant experience using economic and data analysis to inform and influence policy and regulatory decision-making. She was actively involved in shaping policies relating to debt solutions, inertia in the mortgage market, Buy-Now-Pay later products and insurance.

During Covid, Zoe played a key role in shaping the strategic response to the crisis and ran a small team to improve the FCA’s capability to monitor key macroeconomic indicators. Zoe holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

In her spare time, you can find her at the pottery wheel, reading fantasy novels, and walking her dog—but not all at the same time.
