Seamus O’Malley

Seamus works across the energy and telecommunications sectors on issues ranging from regulatory design, litigation and content development policy.

He enjoys using data-driven and evidence-based approaches to solve complex problems faced by clients. His projects have addressed issues in the regulatory environment, including energy price controls and postal quality of service regulations. He also has experience in the competition sector, having previously worked on advising settlement strategies for a truck manufacturer involved in a cartel dispute.

Before joining Frontier, Seamus worked with the Economic and Social Research Institute examining the distributional effects of public policy reforms. He holds a Masters in Economics from the Geneva Graduate Institute and a BA in Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
