Based in Frontier’s Paris office, Noémie primarily works across our Energy and Competition practices.
Since joining Frontier in September 2021, she has advised clients on a range of regulatory, strategic and policy issues. Carbon markets and the challenges of decarbonising industry are among her areas of interest.
She recently worked on the design and assessment of various policy measures aimed at achieving carbon neutrality in France by 2050, and supported clients involved in litigation in the energy and transport sectors. She also has experience of advising on antitrust infringements and merger cases in Europe and the UK.
Noémie holds a double master's degree from HEC Paris and Sciences Po. She is fluent in French and English and has a good command of Italian.
