Ecem is a Consultant working across Frontier's Transport & Water and Energy Practices.
She has supported public sector and regulated clients on GB regulatory strategy, regulatory submissions and investment decisions. Her work includes transport appraisal, advice to water and energy companies through price control processes, and the delivery of technical studies covering cost-benefit analysis, cost assessment, wider economic impacts and regulatory finance.
Ecem holds an MSc in Economics and Philosophy from the London School of Economics, and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of York. She is fluent in Turkish and German.
