Fraser is an Associate Director in Frontier’s competition practice with a wealth of experience advising clients on a range of competition issues, including a focus on litigation matters.
His work in this area includes large and complex damages cases before the Competition Appeal Tribunal in the UK, encompassing both individual and collective proceedings, and cases before courts in a number of other European jurisdictions. Fraser’s recent matters include Trucks cases, the Merricks class action, and the Merchant Interchange Fee Umbrella Proceedings, on which he has led Frontier’s economic analysis as a consulting expert.
Fraser has also worked on large-scale merger cases before the European Commission, and on abuse of dominance assessments, sector inquiries, and cartel investigations by various European competition authorities.
Fraser is listed by Who’s Who Legal as a ‘Global Leader’ in both its competition economist and consulting expert rankings, and has previously won Lexology’s Client Choice Award in the 'Competition Economists - UK' category. He has been nominated three times for Concurrences’ Antitrust Writing Awards for articles on competition litigation issues, and he speaks regularly at competition law conferences and seminars.
