Chloé joined Frontier in November 2017 after spending 3 years in Deloitte’s Economic Consulting team in London. She is now based in Paris.
Since joining Frontier, Chloé has mainly worked in the energy practice where she has advised clients on regulatory and strategic issues in different sectors, such as gas and electricity, in France and other European markets. Her recent project work includes a review of the regulatory frameworks for remunerating capital in regulated infrastructures across Europe, and building an Excel model to estimate the value of a gas transport contract.
Chloé has an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Mathematics from McGill University. She is fluent in French and English.

Probably a really, really good meal!
