Vikram is a manager in Frontier’s Energy Practice and has worked on dispute resolution, transaction advisory and energy policy projects in the power and heat sectors.
Previously, Vikram worked at the UK Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) as an economist advising on issues including 2020 renewable energy targets, UK power sector strategy, electricity market competition and low-carbon electricity. In particular, he led the development of the UK’s auctions for Contracts for Difference (CfDs) for renewable electricity projects. He spent 18 months on secondment to the European Commission as an energy State aid case handler, covering a brief including capacity mechanisms, renewables and energy-intensive industries.
Vikram holds a MSc in Economics from London School of Economics and a BSc in Economics from University College London.

What do you want to be when you grow up?
A car designer. But while the motivation was there the artistic skills were sadly lacking.

Make mine an Earl Grey.
Where/When would you go to in a time machine?
On a trip to see some real dinosaurs with my eldest son.
