Iain has advised clients in front of the UK, Irish, Swiss and EU competition authorities in merger, market investigation and cartel cases and in litigation in front of courts in the UK, Ireland and Israel, as well as the General Court.
Iain has an up to date understanding of how competition authorities and Courts assess economic evidence and uses this knowledge to help guide his clients. He has particular expertise in applying and critiquing quantitative analysis in merger, market investigation and anti-trust cases.
Iain studied at Oxford and Warwick Universities.
