Isabelle’s main areas of expertise are the theory and application of regulation and competition policy in the postal, water and transport sectors.
She has advised the European Commission, regulators and regulated firms on commercial and regulatory issues such as the costing and funding of the universal service, price control and access pricing together with competition issues and postal reform in post. In the transport sector, examples of recent project work include providing advice on setting airport regulated charges and evaluating the economic impact of the express industry.
Isabelle is a native French speaker and holds an Master in Economics from Birkbeck College (UK).
