Stefan joined Frontier in 2011 and works mainly in Frontier’s competition and energy practices.
Stefan has extensive consulting experience in several European countries. He has advised clients on various aspects of competition and industrial economics, also in the context of dispute support assignments. He has led projects on cartel and abuse of dominance cases across a wide range of sectors. In the energy sector, Stefan has worked on various issues, for instance on the regulation of access to energy grids or on price reviews in energy supply contracts. Before joining Frontier, Stefan worked as a researcher and consultant with EWI, the Institute of Energy Economics at the University of Cologne, for five years. He holds a PhD in Economics.
