Based in Paris, Hélène works on a wide range of regulatory and competition issues for French and international clients.
Hélène draws on extensive experience working on projects in relation to infrastructure and network industries. With a focus in energy, she also advises clients from the transport, water and post services sectors on various aspects of economic regulation, covering revenue and tariff determination, incentive policy and due diligence procedures in a cross-jurisdiction perspective. She is also involved in the competition practice within Frontier, and is working on an on-going cartel damage case at the European level.
Hélène speaks French and English fluently. She holds and MSc in Markets and Organisations from the Toulouse School of Economics.
