Cristina Plata has been a consultant at Frontier Economics since 2018 and she works in telecommunication, energy and competition projects.
She has experience analysing the structure of the market, and the impact of regulation in telecommunication and energy sectors. In addition Cristina works in competition projects in areas such as anti-competitive practices or vertical restrains.
Before joining Frontier, Cristina worked as an Economist at BBVA Research ,where she worked analysing the impact of banking regulation and digital transformation and the structure and evolution of European financial systems.
She studied a Master's Degree in Competition and Market Regulation at the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics at the University of Seville.
