Peter joined Frontier in 2017 and is a Manager in the Telecom’s practice.
He has worked on a range of competition and regulatory issues spanning both the fixed and mobile segments.
Prior to joining Frontier Peter was an economic advisor in Ofcom’s Competition Group.
Recent work includes include supporting Vodafone in its successful acquisition of Liberty Global’s cable networks in Germany, Romania, Czech Republic and Hungary, a project for the UK government looking at potential policy measures for encouraging fibre rollout, and an expert report submitted as part of a judicial review of a mobile merger decision.
Peter holds an MA in Natural Sciences and an MPhil in Economics from Cambridge University.
