Robert Bowdery

Robert Bowdery is a manager in Frontier’s competition practice, based in the London office.

He has experience working on high profile merger and antitrust litigation cases before the European Commission, CMA and national competition authorities across Europe and Africa. His recent projects includes providing advice on a phase II merger in the telecommunications sector and coordinating local economists on a multi-jurisdictional antitrust litigation case in the transport sector.  

Prior to joining Frontier’s competition practice, Robert worked as an economic consultant in South Africa, gaining experience on successful mergers across a range of industries in Africa, including the multi-billion dollar, pan-African Coca-Cola merger. Robert also worked with government and regulators in conducting competition assessments in the telecommunication and energy sectors and drafting national policy in the transport sector.

Robert holds degrees from Oxford University and the University of Cape Town.
